Understand where it formed, what it protected you from, and what it cost you. Not with blame, with clarity.

Tracing Self-Abandonment: Guided timelines that map the exact moments your voice, needs, creativity, or truth were slowly traded for approval, safety, or belonging. You'll see the pattern clearly and understand why it made complete sense at the time.

Interrupting Self-Hate in Real Time: The inner attack is not the truth. This section teaches you to pause it, translate it, and hear what's actually underneath – fear, grief, an unmet need – so condemnation becomes understanding, not more shame.

Attachment-Aware Reflection: Anxious, avoidant, fawning, emotionally withdrawn – explored without pathologising yourself. This is where you begin to understand your relationship patterns as logical responses to early experiences, not proof that you're difficult or broken.

Embodiment and Nervous System Work: Safety is not just a thought. This section moves the work out of your head and into your body – through somatic practices and embodiment exercises that help your nervous system learn that it's safer now.

Integration, Not Perfection Weekly challenges, daily micro-practices, and reflection tools that help you choose truth over performance in real life.
